The Taste of Siam is a product of two great families, the DiNunzios and the Atchariyakorns. The fusion began when Ralph DiNunzio married Jaeb Atchariyakorn. Soon these two hard working families learn...ed they had a lot in common from their warm smiles to their accommodating natures, so they pulled resources and opened up what is fast becoming a go too destination for Thai food lovers.
The Atchariyakorn family culinary roots began right from Na-Chaleang, a small town in the Phetchabun province. The Phetchabun province and it’s rich, jungle soil is known as the home of Tamarind and great Thai cooking. Atchariyakorn matriarch Golden Skillet, Taste of Siam’s head chef, learned her skills and passion for cooking and eating great Thai food right from Na-Chaleang. She learned there from her aunt; and her husband, son and daughter have all taken up the cause. Jo Atchariyakorn, who is also a chef at Taste of Siam, is a graduate of culinary arts at prestigious Johnson and Wales
Taste of Siam combines all the great flavors of tropical Thailand, from its varieties of vegetables, spices, and fruits.
